Ele \u00e9 investigado pelo crime de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o obsessiva, conhecido como \u201cstalking\u201d, previsto no artigo 147-A do C\u00f3digo Penal Brasileiro (CPB), e por descumprimento de medida protetiva, conforme o artigo 24-A da Lei n\u00ba 11.340\/2006 (Lei Maria da Penha).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De acordo com as investiga\u00e7\u00f5es, o suspeito vinha descumprindo medidas protetivas de urg\u00eancia decretadas pelo Poder Judici\u00e1rio, cometendo persegui\u00e7\u00f5es e amea\u00e7as contra a v\u00edtima, uma mulher de 33 anos. Contra o preso, tamb\u00e9m constam antecedentes criminais por estelionato, tr\u00e1fico il\u00edcito de drogas e posse ou porte de arma de fogo de uso restrito.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A ofensiva contou com o apoio da 1\u00aa Seccional do Interior Sul (Russas), unidade vinculada ao Departamento de Pol\u00edcia do Interior Sul (DPI Sul).
