A Secretaria da Fazenda do Cear\u00e1 (Sefaz-CE) realizou, na manh\u00e3 dessa segunda-feira (25\/10), no audit\u00f3rio do \u00f3rg\u00e3o, um encontro para definir os novos valores da institui\u00e7\u00e3o. O evento intitulado \u201cConstruindo Valores na Sefaz\u201d contou com a palestra do doutor em Teologia e professor da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Dom Cabral, Zeca de Mello.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Participaram da atividade a secret\u00e1ria da Fazenda, Fernanda Pacobahyba; os secret\u00e1rios executivos Fabr\u00edzio Gomes (Tesouro Estadual e Metas Fiscais), Liana Machado (Receita) e Sandra Machado (Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o Interna); al\u00e9m de dezenas de gestores e servidores fazend\u00e1rios. Ao abrir o encontro, a secret\u00e1ria Fernanda Pacobahyba ressaltou a import\u00e2ncia de se estabelecer os valores da Sefaz. “Precisamos estar conscientes de que este \u00e9 um momento \u00edmpar na nossa gest\u00e3o. Definir os valores da nossa institui\u00e7\u00e3o, ter consci\u00eancia deles e aplic\u00e1-los no nosso dia a dia e na nossa tomada de decis\u00e3o \u00e9 o que pode acontecer de mais extraordin\u00e1rio nesta Secretaria. Agora, nos encontramos mais maduros e mais conscientes do nosso prop\u00f3sito e do que a gente quer deixar como legado.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Com o tema \u201cCultivando nossos valores\u201d, Zeca de Mello abordou a import\u00e2ncia da \u00e9tica, da empatia e do engajamento em um mundo acelerado e impreciso.\u00a0 \u201cEstamos diante de um horizonte de muita incerteza \u00e0 nossa frente. Desorienta\u00e7\u00e3o, perplexidade, aumento da complexidade s\u00e3o o nosso dia a dia. Nesse ambiente, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio pensar em uma b\u00fassola, naqueles princ\u00edpios, valores, comportamentos principais e desej\u00e1veis para que possamos avan\u00e7ar.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Para o consultor, ter humildade para aprender \u00e9 uma compet\u00eancia fundamental para lidar com o novo, com as transforma\u00e7\u00f5es da era digital. Ele tamb\u00e9m disse que a confian\u00e7a precisa estar presente nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es. \u201cQuais s\u00e3o os grandes desafios que todas as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o passando? Cria\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua de valor. Confian\u00e7a \u00e9 o principal ativo, principal riqueza para qualquer institui\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica ou privada em um mundo em que tudo muda muito rapidamente. Confian\u00e7a n\u00e3o vem por decreto, n\u00e3o acontece porque algu\u00e9m t\u00e1 falando grosso, porque algu\u00e9m t\u00e1 exigindo. Confian\u00e7a n\u00e3o se exige, se cultiva.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

O coordenador de Desenvolvimento Institucional e Planejamento, Auler Gomes, explicou que o evento dessa segunda-feira teve o objetivo de finalizar o Planejamento Estrat\u00e9gico 2020-2023. \u201cEssa era a \u00faltima pe\u00e7a do quebra-cabe\u00e7a que estava faltando para a gente fechar todo o trabalho que come\u00e7ou l\u00e1 atr\u00e1s, em 2019.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Ap\u00f3s a palestra do professor Zeca de Mello, os gestores participaram de uma oficina com o consultor R\u00f4mulo Rosa para a defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos valores organizacionais. Foram selecionados oito princ\u00edpios: transpar\u00eancia, servir, \u00e9tica, comprometimento, simplicidade, integridade, esp\u00edrito de equipe e empatia. No pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas, ser\u00e1 realizada uma vota\u00e7\u00e3o para que os servidores e colaboradores fazend\u00e1rios escolham, dentre as oito op\u00e7\u00f5es indicadas, os cinco valores que mais representam a identidade da Sefaz.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
