A Secretaria da Fazenda do Cear\u00e1 (Sefaz-CE), por meio da C\u00e9lula de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas (Cedep),\u00a0promoveu, nessa quinta-feira (18\/6), a segunda edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Conecte-se Online, com o tema “As informa\u00e7\u00f5es de cart\u00f5es e os meios de pagamento eletr\u00f4nicos – passado, presente e futuro “. O webinar foi transmitido no canal Sefaz Cear\u00e1 no YouTube.<\/p>\n

Para falar sobre o assunto, a Cedep convidou o coordenador do Grupo Especialista Setorial em Automa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial da Sefaz de Santa Catarina, Thiago Chaves, que apresentou um panorama da evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos meios de pagamento eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p>\n

Chaves dedicou boa parte da apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es de Meios de Pagamentos (DIMP), obriga\u00e7\u00e3o acess\u00f3ria institu\u00edda pela Comiss\u00e3o T\u00e9cnica Permanente do ICMS (Cotepe), no \u00e2mbito do Conselho Nacional da Pol\u00edtica Fazend\u00e1ria (Confaz), por meio do Ato Cotepe\/ICMS n\u00b0 65\/2020, em vigor desde 1\u00ba de janeiro.<\/p>\n

Pela nova norma, todas as pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas que utilizam meios de pagamento, independentemente de serem ou n\u00e3o inscritas no cadastro de contribuintes do ICMS, devem declarar, todo m\u00eas, ao Fisco as transa\u00e7\u00f5es com cart\u00f5es de d\u00e9bito, de cr\u00e9dito, de loja (private label) e demais instrumentos de pagamento eletr\u00f4nicos.<\/p>\n

O palestrante explicou que a DIMP oferece uma s\u00e9rie de informa\u00e7\u00f5es que podem ser \u00fateis para os fiscais, como CPF e CNPJ do estabelecimento, dados cadastrais (endere\u00e7o completo e nome fantasia), nome, telefone e email do contato no estabelecimento, dados do pedido (data, hora e valor) e da adquirente (institui\u00e7\u00e3o de pagamento utilizada para processar o pagamento), destino da transa\u00e7\u00e3o eletr\u00f4nica, entre outras.<\/p>\n

Segundo Chaves, a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o pode levantar ind\u00edcios do uso de ponto de venda (POS), as conhecidas maquininhas,\u00a0de terceiros, al\u00e9m de apontar ind\u00edcios de atividades irregulares.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
