Pessoa Anta, na Praia de Iracema, comp\u00f5e o conjunto portu\u00e1rio previsto no projeto do engenheiro ingl\u00eas Jonh Hawksham para o porto de Fortaleza, elaborado no final do s\u00e9culo XIX. A s esquadrias s\u00e3o em madeira, com detalhes em vidro e bandeiras em ferro fundido. Algumas t\u00eam molduras de alvenaria, em forma de arco abatido, e outras t\u00eam trabalho em cantaria. Tido como edifica\u00e7\u00e3o de indiscut\u00edvel valor arquitet\u00f4nico, o im\u00f3vel foi completamente reformado, conservando, entretanto seu aspecto externo inalterado.
