O evento acontece no pr\u00f3ximo dia 23 de fevereiro, das 14h \u00e0s 17h, no Terra\u00e7o da institui\u00e7\u00e3o, localizada no Cais do Porto. A <strong>Escola de Gastronomia Social<\/strong> \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o que integra a <strong>Rede P\u00fablica de Equipamentos Culturais (Rece)<\/strong> do <strong>Governo do Cear\u00e1<\/strong>, vinculada \u00e0 <strong>Secretaria da Cultura (Secult)<\/strong> e gerido em parceria com o <strong>Instituto Drag\u00e3o do Mar (IDM)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A aula show ser\u00e1 conduzida pelo especialista\u00a0<strong>Fl\u00e1vio Costa<\/strong>, que apresentar\u00e1 t\u00e9cnicas para elevar o n\u00edvel das produ\u00e7\u00f5es artesanais. O objetivo central \u00e9 oferecer caminhos reais para quem deseja empreender, mostrando que a uni\u00e3o entre a criatividade e o m\u00e9todo pode gerar produtos diferenciados e lucrativos para o mercado pascal. \u201cEsta ser\u00e1 uma oportunidade de enxergar o fazer artesanal como um neg\u00f3cio vi\u00e1vel\u201d, destaca o facilitador.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Sobre a Escola<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Equipamento da Secretaria da Cultura do Cear\u00e1 (Secult), a Escola de Gastronomia Social Ivens Dias Branco (EGSIDB) \u00e9 gerida pelo Instituto Drag\u00e3o do Mar (IDM) e faz parte do Cultura em Rede, programa da Secult Cear\u00e1 que integra a\u00e7\u00f5es e pol\u00edticas culturais na sua rede de equipamentos p\u00fablicos. O centro de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, inaugurado em 2018 no bairro Cais do Porto, \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o formativo que associa ensino, pesquisa e compromisso social, reconhecendo a riqueza da forma de se alimentar do cearense, os diversos tipos de saberes, a cadeia de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, promovendo a inova\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos, incentivando o empreendedorismo social, qualificando para o mercado de trabalho e contribuindo para o combate \u00e0 fome, por meio de cursos de longa e curta dura\u00e7\u00e3o, que acontecem dentro da Escola e em comunidades pelo Cear\u00e1. Toda a programa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 gratuita. O nome da Escola \u00e9 uma refer\u00eancia ao empres\u00e1rio Ivens Dias Branco (em mem\u00f3ria), do grupo M.
