As aulas no formato on-line acontecer\u00e3o nos dias 26 e 27 de outubro, \u00e0s 17h, no Google Meet.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A forma\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 gratuita, aberta ao p\u00fablico e as inscri\u00e7\u00f5es podem ser feitas at\u00e9 25 de outubro no site <a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomiasocial.org.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/gastronomiasocial.org.br&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1666191986239000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1TWk9Ku14-5bZySeRJ6Ii_\">gastronomiasocial.org.br<\/a>. Para participar, o \u00fanico pr\u00e9-requisito \u00e9 ter disponibilidade de internet para acompanhar as aulas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Segundo Vanessa Moreira, coordenadora de Cultura Alimentar, o m\u00f3dulo tratar\u00e1 da valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos saberes origin\u00e1rios, que tentam sobreviver na sociedade capitalista e aos efeitos, sentidos at\u00e9 hoje, do colonialismo. Portanto, Tain\u00e1 prop\u00f5e uma gastronomia anticolonial. \u201cA proposta \u00e9 curar os males e abrir os caminhos para os encantados nos ajudarem a soprar o c\u00e9u pra cima\u201d, afirma a pesquisadora.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Perfil<br \/>\nTain\u00e1 Marajoara \u00e9 ind\u00edgena do povo origin\u00e1rio Aru\u00e3 Marajoara, do Par\u00e1. A pesquisadora \u00e9 curadora, cozinheira, realizadora cultural e fundadora do Ponto de Cultura Alimentar Iacitat\u00e1. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 Lideran\u00e7a da Rede de Cultura Alimentar, diretora do projeto Cultura Alimentar Tradicional Amaz\u00f4nica (CATA), eleita conselheira nacional de cultura alimentar no \u00e2mbito do Minist\u00e9rio da Cultura, pesquisadora membro do N\u00facleo de Estudos em Hist\u00f3ria Oral (NEHO) da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo e faz parte da Latin American Studies Association (LASA).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Em 2011, recebeu o pr\u00eamio C\u00e1tedra Libre Cayetano Redondo de Conocimientos Humanit\u00e1rios, na Venezuela. Foi contemplada com a comenda Paulo Frota de Direitos Humanos pela Assembleia Legislativa do Par\u00e1 e com a comenda Amaz\u00f4nia, pela C\u00e2mara de Vereadores de Bel\u00e9m, em 2018. Em 2019, foi homenageada pelo Congresso Brasileiro de Agroecologia e Festival Internacional de Cinema de Agroecologia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Tem o trabalho focado na preserva\u00e7\u00e3o do patrim\u00f4nio cultural alimentar da Amaz\u00f4nia paraense, cartografias de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de mestres de saberes alimentares tradicionais. Atua tamb\u00e9m na na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o das leis Cultura Viva, Lei Aldir Blanc de Emerg\u00eancia Cultural e Lei Paulo Gustavo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Sobre a Escola<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Equipamento da Secretaria da Cultura do Cear\u00e1 (Secult), a Escola de Gastronomia Social Ivens Dias Branco (EGSIDB) \u00e9 gerida pelo Instituto Drag\u00e3o do Mar (IDM) e faz parte do Cultura em Rede, programa da Secult Cear\u00e1 que integra a\u00e7\u00f5es e pol\u00edticas culturais na sua rede de equipamentos p\u00fablicos.
