Com quase 40 chefs representando mais de 14 pa\u00edses, o Festival re\u00fane o que h\u00e1 de mais saboroso em temperos, arte e cultura. Ser\u00e3o\u00a020 stands com receitas nacionais e internacionais de dar \u00e1gua na boca<em>.<\/em>\u00a0O Festival oferece ainda palestras, oficinas t\u00e9cnicas e atra\u00e7\u00f5es musicais voltadas para toda a fam\u00edlia. Os pre\u00e7os dos pratos s\u00e3o acess\u00edveis, variando entre R$ 5,00 e R$ 40,00, e a\u00a0<strong>entrada \u00e9 gratuita com a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do passaporte da vacina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cEstamos felizes por realizar o Festival de forma presencial. Al\u00e9m do Dj Residente\u00a0<strong>Cau Borges<\/strong>, que estar\u00e1 no comando do som durante os tr\u00eas dias de evento, a noite de sexta-feira (26) ser\u00e1 embalada com o melhor do pop rock nacional da banda\u00a0<strong>O Verbo<\/strong>, que tem na guitarra Alex Sampaio, no vocal Mauro Oliveira, na bateria Ponciano Braide e no baixo Wilson Neto. J\u00e1 no s\u00e1bado (27) tem\u00a0<strong>Tributo a Tim Maia Racional<\/strong>\u00a0com\u00a0o quinteto cearense formado por L\u00e9o Suricate na voz, DJ Kerensk Barata nos Scratches, Pepeu na bateria, Pl\u00ednio C\u00e2mara na guitarra e Gustavo Portela no baixo. O evento encerra no\u00a0domingo (28) com o\u00a0<strong>M&amp;M Duo<\/strong>\u00a0formado por Marcelo Justa na voz e viol\u00e3o e Marco Holanda tamb\u00e9m voz, viol\u00e3o e baixo, tocando\u00a0os cl\u00e1ssicos do country e blues. Na sexta e s\u00e1bado os shows iniciam \u00e0s 20 horas e no domingo a partir das 19 horas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Chefs, Pa\u00edses e Sabores<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">S\u00e3o cerca de 40 chefs envolvidos, que v\u00e3o preparar pratos deliciosos, representando mais de 14 pa\u00edses. Entre eles est\u00e3o o\u00a0<strong>Chef\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Albertino Ara\u00fajo<\/strong>, que obteve o Grand Dipl\u00f4me Le Cordon Bleu e<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>ir\u00e1 cozinhar as del\u00edcias da culin\u00e1ria\u00a0<strong>espanhola<\/strong>.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Representando tamb\u00e9m a Espanha e o Brasil teremos o\u00a0<strong>Chef Bruno Carvalho<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>especialista em confeitaria internacional, que ir\u00e1 levar ao Festival pratos que s\u00e3o &#8220;paix\u00e3o nacional&#8221;: coxinhas e churros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>A<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Chef\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Kazumy Miura<\/strong>, a\u00a0<strong>Japa da Ostra<\/strong>, vai oferecer comidinhas asi\u00e1ticas que ca\u00edram no gosto brasileiro como guiozas e harumakis, al\u00e9m de suas famosas ostras que ser\u00e3o trazidas em um aqu\u00e1rio para garantir o seu frescor al\u00e9m de um stand com vinhos finos tintos, brancos e espumantes no \u201cm\u00e8thode traditionnelle\u201d. A Villa Girasole, que tem a frente a\u00a0<strong>Chef Grazi Facundes<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9m vai representar a regi\u00e3o oferecendo a tradicional comida de rua napolitana como a famosa Frittatine Napoletana a irresist\u00edvel Pizza \u00e0 Portafoglio.\u00a0<strong>Portugal<\/strong>\u00a0estar\u00e1 bem representando pela\u00a0<strong>Chef Nice Silva<\/strong>, que vai oferecer bacalhau com natas, past\u00e9is de Bel\u00e9m, travesseiro de Cintra e os famosos bolinhos de bacalhau. O\u00a0<strong>Baptista Defumados<\/strong>, do\u00a0<strong>Chef Lucas<\/strong>, estar\u00e1 com stand de dar \u00e1gua na boca servindo sandu\u00edche no p\u00e3o ciabatta artesanal com lombo defumado, mussarela, chutney de abacaxi, r\u00facula e tomate, al\u00e9m do sandu\u00edche com p\u00e3o ciabatta artesanal com pulled pork, mussarela, tomate e r\u00facula e aperitivo joelho de porco defumado com farofa crocante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">O\u00a0<strong>It\u00b4s True Food Bar<\/strong>\u00a0tamb\u00e9m estar\u00e1 presente com sandu\u00edches inusitados, inspirados a partir de experi\u00eancias adquiridas em viagens por diversos lugares. S\u00e3o eles Tikka Masala, baseado num prato tradicional indiano, e Boeuf Bourguignon, originado na regi\u00e3o francesa de Borgonha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Gr\u00e9cia estar\u00e1 presente no Festival com o\u00a0<strong>chef\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Saulo Donsouzis<\/strong>\u00a0do Olimpo, pioneiro na gastronomia\u00a0<strong>grega\u00a0<\/strong>em Fortaleza. Ele vai preparar o delicioso Lanche dos Deuses, composto pelo famoso prato grego Souvlaki + batatinha frita. O\u00a0<strong>Chef Luhen Aquino<\/strong>\u00a0vai oferecer pratos da culin\u00e1ria\u00a0<strong>mexicana\u00a0<\/strong>como Chilli Dog com chips de batata, Chilli de caju com nachos e a deliciosa Smoked Porcheta en Fuego.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Fran\u00e7a estar\u00e1 representada pela Crepitos Creperia da\u00a0<strong>Chef Debora<\/strong>, uma empresa de crepe franc\u00eas com toque brasileiro. E tem doces especiais com a\u00a0<strong>Chef Karyny Goes<\/strong>\u00a0com os doces \u201cPra Sentir\u2019 e com a\u00a0<strong>Chef Larissa Martins<\/strong>\u00a0com a marca Donna Chocolatier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">O\u00a0<strong>Brasil<\/strong>\u00a0ser\u00e1 representado pelo seu tradicional cafezinho com o stand\u00a0<strong>Atelier 1913<\/strong>, que tem a frente\u00a0<strong>Isabelly Giffony<\/strong>, nutricionista, p\u00f3s-graduada em gastronomia e barista. Ela faz parte da quarta gera\u00e7\u00e3o da fam\u00edlia do s\u00edtio S\u00e3o Roque d Mulungu, refer\u00eancia em caf\u00e9 sombreado, e vai levar para o Festival bebidas e produtos \u00e0 base de caf\u00e9, como manteiga e geleias, al\u00e9m dos caf\u00e9s mo\u00eddos e em gr\u00e3os. A comida afetiva cearense tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e1 representada pelo\u00a0<strong>Chef Carlos Henrique Sarmento<\/strong>, gestor de gastronomia do grupo Pinheiro, do restaurante do grupo Pirata e propriet\u00e1rio do CORDEL Gastronomia. Para o evento, ele vai preparar pratos saborosos como Stinco Cordeiro Cordel, Polpetta de costela su\u00edna defumada, Despacito e P\u00e3o de alho. Para sobremesa, pudim de cocada e torta de banana cordel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">O 4\u00ba Festival Del\u00edcias do Mundo \u00e9 realizado pela produtora cultural Li\u00e9ge Xavier com consultoria gastron\u00f4mica do Chef Elcio Nagano. O evento tem o apoio do Governo do Estado do Cear\u00e1, por meio da Secretaria da Cultura, e possui patroc\u00ednio da Solar Coca-Cola, atrav\u00e9s do XII Mecenato Estadual do Cear\u00e1.
