Com transmiss\u00e3o ao vivo, a audi\u00eancia contou com representantes da Casa Civil, da Secretaria do Desenvolvimento Agr\u00e1rio, da Escola de Gastronomia Social Ivens Dias Branco, al\u00e9m de representantes de ONGs, professores de universidades, comunidades de gastronomia, representantes do MST e movimentos sociais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A pol\u00edtica para a Gastronomia e a Cultura Alimentar no Cear\u00e1 foi destacada pelo secret\u00e1rio Fabiano Pi\u00faba como intersetorial. A Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Cear\u00e1 (Secult) acompanha o Programa Cear\u00e1 Gastronomia, na sua interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o com outras secretarias e a sociedade civil. &#8220;\u00c9 imposs\u00edvel pensar a gastronomia separada da cultura alimentar. Esse programa vai nos dar base estrutural , administrativa e or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria para que essa pol\u00edtica possa ter um local institucional de desenvolvimento. Enquanto lei, pensamos em sua transversalidade, envolvendo o desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico, o desenvolvimento agr\u00e1rio, a educa\u00e7\u00e3o, o turismo, a cultura, mas sobretudo a sociedade civil e principalmente com participa\u00e7\u00e3o das universidades, pois as institui\u00e7\u00f5es de ensino e pesquisa ter\u00e3o papel fundamental para qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o dessa pol\u00edtica, como \u00e9 o caso da pr\u00f3pria Escola de Gastronomia Social Ivens Dias Branco, equipamento da Secult&#8221;, pontuou.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-17214 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/secult\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2021\/07\/indice2-600x375.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"368\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/secult\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2021\/07\/indice2-600x375.jpg 600w, https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/secult\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2021\/07\/indice2-1200x750.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/secult\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2021\/07\/indice2-768x480.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/secult\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/83\/2021\/07\/indice2.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 368px) 100vw, 368px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O assessor especial da Casa Civil para Gastronomia, Jo\u00e3o Lima, apresentou, na ocasi\u00e3o, o Programa Cear\u00e1 Gastronomia. &#8220;A forma\u00e7\u00e3o social e cultural \u00e9 um desafio para n\u00f3s no campo da gastronomia. Sabemos que existem escolas de gastronomia no estado, mas nem todas conseguem ter um foco para a cultura alimentar. Muitas est\u00e3o ligadas \u00e0 gastronomia internacional. Poder\u00edamos ter um est\u00edmulo maior a usar o que \u00e9 nosso, no Cear\u00e1&#8221;, destacou, acrescentando que \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio o mapeamento da cadeia produtiva gastron\u00f4mica do estado, para saber seu rumo e inser\u00e7\u00e3o na economia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Participando tamb\u00e9m da audi\u00eancia, a superintendente da Escola de Gastronomia, Selene Penaforte, ressaltou a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento como centro de forma\u00e7\u00e3o. &#8220;O Cear\u00e1 se diferencia por todo esse apoio e cria\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas de estado que visam o fortalecimento dessa \u00e1rea da gastronomia e cultura alimentar. A Escola de Gastronomia Social cumpre esse papel de destaque por ser uma pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica garantida, que \u00e9 refer\u00eancia nacional e \u00e9 pioneira na \u00e1rea de gastronomia social.
