A equipe do Projeto Elos esteve com as equipes do Novas Trilhas, Polo 1 e 2, compartilhando metodologias utilizadas nos contextos escolares e nos atendimentos com jovens e adolescentes. Durante o encontro, foram apresentadas pr\u00e1ticas como o C\u00edrculo de Justi\u00e7a Restaurativa e seu planejamento, jogos interativos, al\u00e9m de metodologias voltadas para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto de vida.<\/p>\n<p>Toda a forma\u00e7\u00e3o aconteceu de forma dialogada, possibilitando trocas de experi\u00eancias e reflex\u00f5es conjuntas, com foco no fortalecimento do v\u00ednculo com os jovens, na escuta ativa, no acolhimento e na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de rela\u00e7\u00f5es baseadas no respeito e na confian\u00e7a. Aspectos fundamentais para o trabalho desenvolvido pelo Projeto Novas Trilhas, que atua no acompanhamento multiprofissional de adolescentes e jovens em p\u00f3s-cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas.<\/p>\n<p>O Projeto Elos de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o atua no enfrentamento ao abuso sexual infanto-juvenil em Fortaleza, promovendo acolhimento e prote\u00e7\u00e3o em territ\u00f3rios vulner\u00e1veis, e construindo, junto \u00e0s escolas e comunidades, uma cultura de paz e de garantia de direitos para crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<br \/>\nMomentos como esse refor\u00e7am a import\u00e2ncia da articula\u00e7\u00e3o entre projetos, da forma\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua das equipes e da constru\u00e7\u00e3o coletiva de estrat\u00e9gias que ampliem o cuidado, a prote\u00e7\u00e3o e as oportunidades para as juventudes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Na primeira quinzena de dezembro de 2025, a Seas recebeu uma importante forma\u00e7\u00e3o promovida pelo Projeto Elos de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o (TdH), em parceria com o Projeto Novas Trilhas (POC).
