Por isso, a preven\u00e7\u00e3o para o adoecimento\u00a0mental\u00a0impacta na preven\u00e7\u00e3o do adoecimento f\u00edsico. Dessa maneira, estarei buscando mais qualidade de vida para mim e para todos que convivo\u201d, explica Clarisse Missi\u00ea, psic\u00f3loga do HSM.<\/p>\n<p>O equil\u00edbrio emocional precisa ser trabalhado ao longo da vida, pois a falta de cuidado com a\u00a0sa\u00fade\u00a0mental\u00a0\u00e9 um dos principais fatores que contribuem para o surgimento do estresse e das doen\u00e7as psicol\u00f3gicas. A psic\u00f3loga alerta para os sintomas que precisam ser observados. Geralmente, quando a\u00a0sa\u00fade\u00a0mental\u00a0n\u00e3o vai bem, \u00e9 comum observarmos sintomas como fadiga, falta de motiva\u00e7\u00e3o para realizar as atividades cotidianas, falta de expectativas, desmotiva\u00e7\u00e3o para realizar tarefas que antes eram prazerosas, isolamento social intenso, falta de rendimento no trabalho ou nos estudos. \u201cEsses s\u00e3o os sintomas mais comuns, por\u00e9m cada indiv\u00edduo tem uma forma de expor o que est\u00e1 sentindo\u201d, comenta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-90762\" src=\"https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/saude\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2020\/10\/2210_HSM_EQUILIBRIOSAUDEMENTAL_BANNER-2-2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"755\" height=\"502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/saude\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2020\/10\/2210_HSM_EQUILIBRIOSAUDEMENTAL_BANNER-2-2.png 755w, https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/saude\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/64\/2020\/10\/2210_HSM_EQUILIBRIOSAUDEMENTAL_BANNER-2-2-600x399.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 755px) 100vw, 755px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Um sofrimento emocional intenso por tempo prolongado e em n\u00edveis elevados tamb\u00e9m pode desencadear diversas doen\u00e7as, como problemas card\u00edacos e Mal de Alzheimer. Os preju\u00edzos tamb\u00e9m incluem desentendimentos nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es amorosas e familiares. \u201cSem equil\u00edbrio emocional, fica complicado nutrir as rela\u00e7\u00f5es afetivas, fazendo com que o indiv\u00edduo demonstre agressividade ou isolamento\u201d, diz Clarisse.<\/p>\n<p>Para buscar o equil\u00edbrio, algumas atividades devem fazer parte do cotidiano. Os momentos de lazer s\u00e3o favor\u00e1veis e necess\u00e1rios para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos horm\u00f4nios de bem-estar, como dopamina e serotonina. Os exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos tamb\u00e9m devem ser incorporados ao nosso dia a dia. \u00c9 importante que pessoas sedent\u00e1rias adotem um estilo de vida saud\u00e1vel, n\u00e3o deixando de tomar \u00e1gua de forma regular e ingerir alimentos leves, como frutas e verduras. Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 importante trabalhar com planejamento e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e priorizar o sono.<\/p>\n<p>O autocuidado envolve, ainda, a pr\u00e1tica de atividades f\u00edsicas, realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de check-up anual, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e outras a\u00e7\u00f5es que possam melhorar a sa\u00fade\u00a0mental.<\/p>\n<p>O t\u00e9cnico de Enfermagem, Francisco Adriano Rios Ferreira, 47, conta que passou por um sofrimento emocional recentemente e revela que s\u00f3 conseguiu melhorar depois de buscar ajuda psicol\u00f3gica. \u201cFiz uso de medica\u00e7\u00f5es no in\u00edcio, mas, sem orienta\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e9dica, me automedicando, o que s\u00f3 trouxe piora para mim. Somente quando comecei a fazer tratamento com a psic\u00f3loga do HSM \u00e9 que houve realmente um progresso. Em cada encontro terap\u00eautico, tive a oportunidade de expor minha vida, meus sentimentos. O peso que eu sentia foi diminuindo e, aos pouco, fui ficando mais leve e despreocupado. Atualmente, eu consigo me equilibrar melhor diante dos problemas da vida\u201d, relata.<\/p>\n<p>Quando o sofrimento ps\u00edquico \u00e9 duradouro e as situa\u00e7\u00f5es cotidianas ficam mais dif\u00edceis, \u00e9 hora de recorrer \u00e0 psicoterapia. \u201cQuando n\u00e3o \u00e9 poss\u00edvel buscar esse equil\u00edbrio sozinho e esse sofrimento esteja se prolongando, trazendo paralisa\u00e7\u00f5es das atividades rotineiras, \u00e9 hora de buscar ajuda profissional. A terapia \u00e9 sempre uma \u00f3tima sa\u00edda para sanar, trazer o entendimento desse sofrimento.
