A Secretaria da Sa&uacute;de do Estado aproveita essa data para orientar e alertar a popula&ccedil;&atilde;o sobre os riscos da hipertens&atilde;o para a sa&uacute;de e &agrave; qualidade de vida. Das 7 &agrave;s 12 horas deste domingo far&aacute; verifica&ccedil;&atilde;o de press&atilde;o arterial durante o projeto &ldquo;Lazer e A&ccedil;&atilde;o&rdquo;,&nbsp; no Parque do Coc&oacute;, na entrada da trilha ecol&oacute;gica. Al&eacute;m desse servi&ccedil;o, a Sesa distribuir&aacute; entre os pessoas que fazem caminhada na trilha frutas que ajudam na preven&ccedil;&atilde;o da hipertens&atilde;o. Entre elas, a banana e a melancia. Com a distribui&ccedil;&atilde;o das frutas, a Sesa quer chamar a aten&ccedil;&atilde;o para a import&acirc;ncia da alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o saud&aacute;vel na preven&ccedil;&atilde;o e tamb&eacute;m no controle da doen&ccedil;a.<br \/> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br \/> Atrav&eacute;s de banners e ainda de folderes, os frenquentadores do &ldquo;Lazer e A&ccedil;&atilde;o&rdquo;, que ocorre todos os domingos, projeto do governo do Estado, receber&atilde;o informa&ccedil;&otilde;es sobre os cuidados, incluindo o consumo exagerado s&oacute; sal, e ainda sobre os sintomas e tratamento da hipertens&atilde;o, doen&ccedil;a que atinge crian&ccedil;as, adultos, idosos, homens e mulheres de todas as idades e classes sociais. As pessoas s&atilde;o consideradas hipertensas quando a press&atilde;o arterial, em repouso, apresenta valores iguais ou acima de 14 por 9. O limite considerado normal &eacute; de 12 por 8.<br \/> &nbsp;<br \/> A hipertens&atilde;o arterial &eacute; classificada como doen&ccedil;a trai&ccedil;oeira. S&oacute; provoca sintomas em fases muito avan&ccedil;adas ou quando aumenta de uma hora para outra de forma exagerada. Somente em algumas pessoas aparecem sintomas, como dores de cabe&ccedil;a, no peito e tonturas. Os hipertensos correm mais riscos de comprometimentos vasculares, tanto cerebrais quanto card&iacute;acos. A press&atilde;o alta causa tamb&eacute;m doen&ccedil;as nos rins.<br \/> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Como ter a press&atilde;o arterial 12 por 8<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div> \t\t&#8211; Consulte o m&eacute;dico regularmente: s&oacute; o m&eacute;dico pode diagnosticar, indicar o melhor tratamento e os ajustes peri&oacute;dicos necess&aacute;rios.<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&#8211; Verifique a press&atilde;o regularmente: seja no consult&oacute;rio m&eacute;dico, em casa ou no trabalho.<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&#8211; Adote uma alimenta&ccedil;&atilde;o saud&aacute;vel: coma verduras, frutas e peixes. Evite alimentos gordurosos, frituras, carnes vermelhas e embutidos.<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&#8211; Reduza o sal: evite caldos, temperos e alimentos prontos.&nbsp;Fique atento ao teor de s&oacute;dio dos produtos.<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&#8211; Controle o peso: quanto maior seu peso, maior a sua press&atilde;o.<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&#8211; Fa&ccedil;a exerc&iacute;cios f&iacute;sicos: 30 minutos de exerc&iacute;cios f&iacute;sicos por dia, 5 vezes por semana.<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&#8211; Controle os fatores de riscos do cora&ccedil;&atilde;o: colesterol elevado, fumo, stress e diabetes n&atilde;o controlado s&atilde;o inimigos do cora&ccedil;&atilde;o.<\/div>\n<div> \t\t&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div> \t&nbsp;<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; 5 de agosto, domingo, &eacute; o Dia Mundial da Sa&uacute;de.
