Participaram do evento, al\u00e9m dos professores, os coordenadores pedag\u00f3gicos das escolas municipais e t\u00e9cnicos da Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o daquele munic\u00edpio. Tamb\u00e9m participaram da forma\u00e7\u00e3o os T\u00e9cnicos: Edney Ara\u00fajo Lima da Secretaria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Russas e Ana Maria de Sousa, coordenadora pedag\u00f3gica&nbsp; da Escola Pe. Ab\u00edlio do Munic\u00edpio de Itai\u00e7aba. Da CREDE 10 estiveram presentes o Orientador da CECOM 10 \u2013 Ant\u00f4nio Marques e as t\u00e9cnicas Ana Jaira e Maiara Pontes.<\/p>\n<p>A Forma\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte da agenda de forma\u00e7\u00e3o do Projeto PRO-PAIC II \u2013 Programa Aprendizagem na Idade Certa, Aplicado ao Ensino Fundamental II. O projeto teve inicio no ano de 2013, em parceria com a Secretaria do Munic\u00edpio de Palhano e, em 2014 se estender\u00e1 aos professores dos munic\u00edpios de Tabuleiro do Norte e Jaguaruana, que receber\u00e3o forma\u00e7\u00e3o direta no pr\u00f3prio munic\u00edpio. Os demais munic\u00edpios ser\u00e3o contemplados com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de um t\u00e9cnico formador que ser\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por replicar as oficinas nas forma\u00e7\u00f5es que realizar\u00e3o em seus munic\u00edpios.<\/p>\n<p>As forma\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o voltadas para o aprofundamento dos conhecimentos did\u00e1tico e te\u00f3rico dos professores nas disciplinas de L\u00edngua Portuguesa e Matem\u00e1tica. Sendo que nas forma\u00e7\u00f5es de Did\u00e1tica e Pr\u00e1tica de Ensino \u00e9 garantida a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos professores de todas as disciplinas.<\/p>\n<p>Em Palhano, a primeira forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi relacionada \u00e0 did\u00e1tica e a pr\u00e1tica de planejamento dos professores e teve como tema: O Planejamento para Garantir o Bom Desempenho Acad\u00eamico.
