A sele\u00e7\u00e3o, que ser\u00e1 realizada em conjunto com a Secretaria do Planejamento e Gest\u00e3o (Seplag), \u00e9 destinada a servidores p\u00fablicos est\u00e1veis e efetivos do Poder Executivo Estadual, que atuar\u00e3o de forma descentralizada nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os e entidades <\/span>estaduais no monitoramento e no acompanhamento da execu\u00e7\u00e3o da despesa p\u00fablica, com foco na gest\u00e3o de riscos.<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span style=\"color: black;\">As inscri\u00e7\u00f5es para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o podem ser realizadas por meio de acesso ao endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico www.seplag.ce.gov.br, na op\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cBanco de Talentos\u201d <\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">da \u00e1rea de &#8220;Servi\u00e7os&#8221; do site. O candidato dever\u00e1 preencher o Formul\u00e1rio de Inscri\u00e7\u00e3o, dispon\u00edvel no endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico, e seguir os demais procedimentos relativos \u00e0 inscri\u00e7\u00e3o que constam no edital. A primeira etapa consistir\u00e1 em aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de Prova de Conhecimentos, de car\u00e1ter eliminat\u00f3rio e classificat\u00f3rio, e a segunda em An\u00e1lise de T\u00edtulos, de car\u00e1ter classificat\u00f3rio.<\/span><span style=\"color: black;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">A prova de conhecimentos, que ser\u00e1 realizada no dia 26 de junho, ser\u00e1 composta de 45 (quarenta e cinco) quest\u00f5es de m\u00faltipla escolha. O conte\u00fado program\u00e1tico que ser\u00e1 abordado na prova, por disciplina, est\u00e1 detalhado no anexo \u00fanico do edital da sele\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
