Com a retomada das atividades presenciais no Conselho Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (CEE), o N\u00facleo de Atendimento ao Usu\u00e1rio (NAU) voltou a funcionar de forma plena, com a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de atendimento por telefone, e-mail (nau@cee.ce.gov.br) ou presencial, desde que efetuado o agendamento pr\u00e9vio.<\/p>\n

O objetivo do NAU \u00e9 prestar, gratuitamente, orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre quaisquer temas inerentes ao Sistema Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o. O atendimento por telefone ou presencial \u00e9 realizado no hor\u00e1rio das 8 \u00e0s 12 horas e das 13 \u00e0s 17 horas, de segunda a sexta-feira. Os diversos questionamentos dos usu\u00e1rios s\u00e3o respondidos com base em resolu\u00e7\u00f5es, leis, decretos e\/ou pareceres que norteiam o Sistema Estadual de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Os questionamentos mais frequentes por parte dos usu\u00e1rios s\u00e3o sobre equival\u00eancia de estudos, inadimpl\u00eancia, regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o da vida escolar, credenciamento e recredenciamento de escolas, reprova\u00e7\u00e3o e escolas extintas ou irregulares.<\/p>\n
